> is not traditional art. (Unless commissioning a reference)

_{use of my art:}

_{> my art is to be credited if reuploaded, if using websites such as toyhou.se please credit me as drowsydragonz (toyhou.se) or drowsydragonz on twitter. please ask beforehand.
> do not trace my art, under no circumstances (unless explicitly stated otherwised) do i allow my art to be traced. you will be blacklisted and blocked.
> do not heavily edit my art in any form, filters, cropping, etc. do not remove watermarks.
> it's completely fine to use my art as an icon, background, etc.
> i reserve the right to upload any finished commission to my social media, or use it as an example unless specifically requested otherwise. you must ask me.
> you are not allowed to mint any of my artwork, commissioned or otherwise into nfts.
> you may absolutely not profit off of my art or use it for commercial purposes unless stated otherwise.
> under no circumstances will i allow my art to be used for training ai, do not ask.}

_{payment and refunds:}

_{> i will take payment plans if a commission is particularly high in price.
> i list my prices in usd, but i will take my payment equal to the amount in cad.
> payments are done through paypal.me
> refunds are not available if i have lined your commission. you may ask for one if i am in the sketching process. you'll get 75% the amount you paid in return.
> if your commission is complex (design, background, etc.) the price may rise.
i will inform you if it goes up.
> i will not start your commission until i have been paid in full.}

_process:

_{> i am a disabled artist, and art may take time, please keep this in mind.
> i am only one person, and i have things outside of art in my life. if a commission needs to be done by a certain time (for a birthday, gift, surprise, etc.) please discuss it with me.
> i will not tolerate being rushed, or spammed about a commission.
> commissions are usually* finished within a time frame of 1-3 months if not feel free to contact me about it.

> i typically send multiple works in progress to my clients for approval, it is during this i take edits to the commission.*this is not a guarantee, but i do my best to keep communication open and consistent!}

_{design terms of service:}

_{> do not resell/trade my adopts/customs until atleast two weeks after their creation. I am not comfortable with my designs being resold immediately.
> please do not sell designs I've made that were originally traded for (custom/oc exchange, etc.). if a situation calls for a traded design to be sold, please contact me for approval. not doing so may result in being blacklisted.
> do not edit my designs beyond recognition. you may edit the colours or certain markings (with your own art), but you may not change it entirely.
> do not involve any of my designs in hate speech of any kind (i.e racism, nazism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.)
> failure to follow these guidelines will result in either a block and blacklist or a private message from myself. if you are confused please ask me.}
